A year on from the first instance judgment being handed down in Various North Point Pall Mall Purchasers v 174 Law Solicitors v Key Manchester Limited [2022] EWHC 4 (Ch), in which the Claimants failed to establish that the seller’s solicitor in a failed buyer-funded development was in breach of stakeholder agreements for releasing monies to the developer, the Court of Appeal has dismissed the Claimants’ appeal.
