Mark graduated from King’s College London with a high 2:1 in Law with European Legal Studies, after a year spent studying at Universiteit Leiden, in the Netherlands. Mark went on to achieve a Distinction in the LLM Legal Practice (Solicitors) at BPP Law School, London. During this time, Mark began his legal career at Caytons as a Paralegal, he then became a Trainee Solicitor at Caytons.

Mark assists in defending professional indemnity claims against solicitors, architects, and other professionals involved within the construction arena.

He has advised on appointments and collateral warranties on behalf of a range of construction professionals and building contractors.
