We fully understand and advise on the legal and practical consequences of the Law Society of Ireland professional conduct rules and law which apply to solicitors and which affect the proper handling of professional negligence claims. We have advised solicitors on responding to claims under their complaints handling procedures and when matters proceed further to the President of the High Court.
