Our experienced claims team currently manages claims for various Insurers, Lloyd’s syndicates, insurance brokers and professional practices over a variety of professions across the financial, legal, professional, property and construction industry on numerous facilities.
The Irish claims management team is led by Mary Smith, who is supported by a team of experienced personnel in Dublin and London, who assist with the claims management and providing administrative assistance.
Our objective is to handle claims in a professional manner that achieves the best possible result within the shortest possible time frame. We will deal with any policy liability issues promptly and fairly and to work in partnership with the Policyholder and the Broker. Timely claims reserving, whilst delivering outstanding service, are our major drivers. In all cases we strive for the most economical settlement. We are complimented on being easy to deal with and look to gather all relevant information and documentation at the earliest possible opportunity rather than piecemeal information requests, especially as we appreciate having a claim made against them can be a stressful time for Insureds.
We will undertake an investigation of each claim notification as early as possible, in order to formulate an efficient strategy for resolving the claim. To assist our clients, brokers and Insureds we provide comprehensive claims administration and claims management services dealing with all claims under the facilities we manage from first notification to closure.
We are proud to have developed our own market leading cloud-based claims management system, Console, which can be accessed remotely anywhere, at any time and can provide bespoke MI and secure access to claims files and documentation.
Our claims handling TPA function is pre-authorised for compliance and as such is registered on the London Market Experts Database.
