This includes an understanding of the complex issues arising from delay and disruption claims and the ability to meet particular challenges of the timeframes imposed within the adjudication regime.

We maintain close ties with a number of technical advisors who assist in ensuring that cases are rapidly and properly formulated from a technical as well as a legal perspective.

We are also able to assist with response to HSE investigations and prosecutions. Additionally we advise on the interpretation of rights and duties under construction contracts: our non-contentious team also advise regularly on the drafting of construction contracts and consultancy appointments undertaking some 400 reviews a year.
