Josh is a solicitor who specialises in professional indemnity, insurance coverage and construction disputes. Josh defends claims made against a wide range of professionals including those against architects, engineers, surveyors, solicitors, building contractors and insurance brokers.

Before moving to the UK, Josh graduated from the University of Sydney with a degree in Philosophy. He then completed his Bachelor of Laws at Durham University. During his LPC, he worked as a Parliamentary Assistant for a Member of Parliament in the House of Commons.
